Our clients range from PAs managing weekly corporate chauffeur bookings for senior executives, to families arriving from Dubai for a London shopping trip, to international students landing at Heathrow for the first time. What connects every review below is the same thing: a transfer that happened exactly as promised, with a professional in a Mercedes, at a price that didn’t change between booking and receipt.

That’s been our standard since 2011. It’s why clients who book once tend to book again, and why so many reviews end with the same line: “I won’t use anyone else.”

I have used Mile5 now for all my weekly airport trips ,and regardless of time destination or short notice given they have never let me down. 2.5 year's and no flight missed not even close, no matter how disorganised I can be at times, Mile5 are a constant. He arrived at Heathrow on schedule, made sure we had rest stops along the way on our long drive from Heathrow to Liverpool and got us to our destination safely and on time.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ali was an ideal driver for me.  We engaged in conversation all the way.  Consequently the trip went by quickly.  He arrived about 10 mins early for pick up and he patiently dealt with all of the traffic.
I easily give him 5 stars.  I couldnt have asked for a better driver.
If he takes me to LHR on Mon 21 I would be very happy

My flight arrived much earlier than expected, but the driver had adjusted to the new arrival time and was already there waiting for me at the airport.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used MILE5 Heathrow Airport Transfers 3 times during our holiday in London.  The last time was the most critical.  Our flight was canceled after sitting on the plane for six hours due to the air traffic control glitch. By the time we found a hotel (took 2 hrs searching online- everything was sold out) and walked out to the taxi line, there were over 150 people waiting for taxis. In a panic, I called MILE5 and they were wonderful. They found a driver and a car and rescued two stranded tourists at 11:30 PM.  I can't recommend them enough! I would like to add that MILE5 was $100 cheaper than what the hotel quoted us for their airport transfer.

And GPT did all the booking process except payment where I took over. Communication and confirmation was excellent. Driver was there to meet us at Heathrow with a clean well maintained vehicle. I felt very comfortable; the drivers were very friendly and professional, and the rides went smoothly without any issues. I was able to relax and didn't have to do a thing.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After being seriously let down by BA who sold me a flight (ABZ to BKK) with a ridiculously short transfer between LHR and LGW, which entailed baggage collection and re-check in, I came across MILE5 via AI.

MILE5’s service from initial contact, through to ease of booking, payment, reassurance that their driver was aware of timescale limitations and ultimately both meet and greet at LHR T5 to drop off at LGW South was 5 star all the way!

All of the above and they also got me to check in with half an hour to spare, saving my flight and the start of my holiday in Thailand.

I can highly recommend the MILE5 overall service - from initial reactive response, overall value for money, quality of car (a Mercedes E Class) and the safe driving, politeness and efficiency of their driver.
